Bingo Workshop ("we", "us") operates the website at bingoworkshop.com, a free tool for generating printable bingo and music‑bingo cards. This policy explains what information is involved when you use the site and what we do with it.
Content you create. When you upload a spreadsheet, paste a list, or build cards, that content is processed entirely in your browser. It is saved to your device's local storage so your work isn't lost, and it is not transmitted to or stored by us. You can export it to a file or clear it at any time.
Usage analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is privacy‑first: no cookies, no fingerprinting, no cross‑site tracking — just aggregate counts like page views and referrers. If you choose "Accept all" in our cookie banner, we also use Google Analytics 4 to understand which features are used (for example, how often cards are generated or printed). Google Analytics sets cookies and is governed by Google's privacy policy; choosing "Necessary only" keeps it switched off.
Technical/server data. Like all websites, our host (Cloudflare) processes basic connection information such as your IP address to deliver the site, secure it against abuse, and keep it online. This is standard infrastructure logging and is not used to build a profile of you.
Your sets, presets, and saved work live in your browser's local storage on the device you're using. They stay on that device, are not synced to us, and are removed if you clear your browser data or use the in‑app "Delete set" option. We currently do not offer user accounts, so there is no account data on our side.
We keep cookies to a minimum. Local storage (used to save your work and your consent choice) is essential to the tool and isn't used for tracking. The only non‑essential cookies are Google Analytics, and they are set only if you choose "Accept all." Choose "Necessary only" and no analytics or advertising cookies are used.
If and when we display advertising, it will be served by third‑party ad networks (such as Google AdSense or similar) that may use cookies or similar technologies to show and measure ads. Where required, we will request your consent through the banner before any such cookies are set, and you can decline. We will update this policy and name those partners when ads are enabled.
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us and we will remove it. Educators using the tool with students should review their own institution's requirements.
Depending on where you live (for example under the EU/UK GDPR or California's CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for targeted advertising. Because the content you create stays on your own device, you can already access and delete it directly in your browser. For anything else, contact us using the details below and we will respond as required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
Content you create is retained in your browser until you remove it. Aggregate analytics are retained by our analytics provider per their standard retention periods and contain no information that identifies you.
The site is delivered through a global content‑delivery network, so it may be served from data centers in various countries. By using the site you understand that standard technical data (such as your IP address) may be processed in those locations to deliver and secure the service.
We may update this policy as the site evolves (for example, when adding accounts, ads, or new integrations). We'll revise the "Last updated" date above when we do. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
